Supply Chain traineeship
Supply chain management focuses on the management of the supply chain of goods and services within a company. The supply chain department ensures that every product/service is in the right place at the right time. You can imagine just how important supply chain management is in the Food & Flower industry. It involves working with fresh products that need to reach the customer as quickly as possible in all circumstances and amidst all kinds of challenges, both nationally and internationally.
The Supply Chain Traineeship is a two-year program for logistics talent wanting to push companies in the Food & Flower industry even further. This enables you to quickly get to know this exciting and flourishing sector following your degree program.
What does this traineeship entail?
The Supply Chain Traineeship is specially developed for recently graduated (University of Applied Sciences (Dutch hbo) / university (Dutch wo) level) students majoring in supply chain. During the traineeship, you will rotate through three strategic, innovative projects with various companies in the Food & Flower industry, switching every eight months. In addition to supply chain management, you will learn more about preventing or creating value from residual streams, alternative raw materials, digital connections and sustainable energy. Because the sector is also working on these issues every day.
Your personal development is key in our traineeship. This is why you take part in our Future Leadership Program in which, together with ambitious young professionals, you will further develop your 21st century skills.
