Startups ontstaan hier vanuit urgente sectorvraagstukken en worden begeleid door een netwerk van topkennispartners, ondernemers en specialisten. Maar innovatie begint niet alleen bij technologie, het vraagt ook om verbinding met de praktijk, ondernemend talent en toegang tot de markt.<\/p><p>Daar komt HortiHeroes in beeld.<\/p><p>HortiHeroes speelt een actieve rol in meerdere fases van het venture creatieproces. Waar HIC start vanuit een blanco pagina en idee\u00ebn ontwikkelt tot nieuwe ventures, versterkt HortiHeroes dit proces door het ophalen van idee\u00ebn en vraagstukken uit de markt en maatschappij, het aantrekken van ondernemend talent en het organiseren van markttoegang voor validatie, pilots en opschaling.<\/p><p>Concreet betekent dit dat HortiHeroes:<\/p><ul><li>idee\u00ebn en uitdagingen uit bedrijven en het bredere ecosysteem inbrengt in de acquisitie- en ideefase;<\/li><li>bijdraagt aan teamvorming in de validatiefase;<\/li><li>startups verbindt aan programma\u2019s, partners en netwerken in de incorporatie- en groeifase.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>De samenwerking richt zich nadrukkelijk niet op het opzetten van nieuwe incubatie- of acceleratorprogramma\u2019s, maar op het versterken van de brug tussen marktvraag, kennis, talent en praktijk.
