HortiHeroes provides action-oriented development programs and masterclasses for professionals from the Food & Flower industry, ranging from one-day masterclasses to training programs lasting several months that you can participate in whilst continuing to work. We focus on start-up and innovation skills to foster your personal growth, while simultaneously reviving your organisation from the inside. Action-oriented, personal and truly unique. Intrapreneurship Program
Start: september 2025
A one-year program for professionals with at least three years of work experience, where you acquire essential startup tools, skills, and mindset through training, field trips, and out-of-the-box assignments. Then, together with a small team, you put these into practice by working on your own startup project. You’ll pitch your startup during our annual HeroFestival, where the winning team receives a €7,500 cheque!
And after that year? You are an innovator delivering genuine change within the organisation, offering a fresh approach. By persuading the right people with your own sustainable vision.
Future Leadership Program
This management development program is designed for young talent with a maximum of two years of work experience.Over the course of 1.5 years, you will focus on both personal and professional growth, developing into a strong future leader—a true Future Leader! You’ll gain insights into personal leadership and build essential professional skills such as presenting, change management, and organizational awareness. Throughout the program, you’ll continue working in the Food & Flower industry while applying what you learn in real-world settings.
The result? First and foremost, personal growth and development. In addition, you’ll be ready to step into a mid-level professional role, equipped with a powerful toolset to effectively lead projects and/or teams.
ChangeMakers Program
Start: october 2025
Want to drive change or improvements within your company? That’s only possible if you get your colleagues on board with your idea.
The ChangeMakers Program focuses on change management within the organization. It has an internal focus: over eight months, you will learn how to optimize improvement and change projects through action-oriented process management and by understanding how to effectively respond to your colleagues' needs.

Inspire
