ChangeMakers Program
If you want to achieve change or improvements within your company, it's important to get your colleagues on board with your idea. The Food & Flower sector, like many other industries, faces various challenges such as high energy prices, labour shortages, and changes in laws and regulations related to sustainability. To tackle these challenges, it's essential to optimize your operations. But how can you achieve this? And more importantly, how can you convince the right people within your organization to support you?
The ChangeMakers Program helps companies achieve more with less input. It analyzes internal processes to find solutions that benefit everyone involved, all in just eight months.
Are you looking for a program...
- with a clear and action-oriented process for improvement projects and solutions that work for all parties involved?
- where you learn how to develop and implement valuable solutions with as little time, energy and money as possible by getting the right people on board?
- in which you exchange knowledge and experience with fellow participants by working together and inspiring each other?
what does the changemakers programme entail?

You will be equipped with the necessary skills to make smart use of internal resources for achieving sustainable change.
- Process of project management and getting people on board:
We strongly believe that effective project management involves more than just utilizing the right tools and following standard processes. Our program emphasizes the development of leadership skills that are essential for ensuring project success.

WHAT DOES THE program LOOK LIKE?
Over the course of eight months, you will learn how to effectively implement change and improvement processes or projects within your organization. This will make change effortless and fun! The program consists of two phases:
Phase 1
3 months
During the first three months of the program, you will learn the most important tools, including Design Thinking and Lean Startup, to solve business issues and present them attractively to 'problem owners'.
After a 2-day kick-off, you will work in a team of 3 to 4 fellow participants to solve an issue of a company from the horticultural sector. In a structured manner, you will fully immerse yourself in the issue and utilize the provided tools to work on a solution, while involving the stakeholders who will be working with the solution in the process. Eventually, you will pitch this solution to the 'problem owners'.
Phase 2
5 months
It's time for you to start working on an internal improvement project within your company. We'll coach and guide you through the process, and you'll attend a training course each month. These sessions will focus on teaching you the change management process and how to effectively get the right people on board.
